Is it just me or is it weird that the GTA V map has a lot of Soviet Vehicles? Like in the salvage yards there’s a bunch of, what look like, T-34-85’s, and the turret on the sunken ship looks like a T-34’s turret, then of course there’s the Russian Plane, the Kosatka, MiG-15 (called Volotok in game, or something like that), and I guess the Ak-47 could be on this list since it is a Soviet weapon. I don’t know if it’s just me but that seems weird

0:46 It has now been debunked by Broughy1322. Apparently catch-up works by increasing the drag multiplier on a vehicle by 1.5x. The Tesseract already has an incredibly low drag value of 0.2, which is why catch-up seems to have no effect on it.
